Using IBM’s AI software, Chevrolet has been taking over petrol stations in Buenos Aires, Cape Town, and New Orleans to judge how upbeat a customer’s online presence is. The customers input their social media accounts and get free fuel based on their score: the more positive their posts, the more free fuel they receive!
